Fiskars
100 MATES OF FINLAND PROJECT
Fiskars is a global brand bringing tools that empower people in the garden, home, office, and classroom. Fiskars is one of the oldest companies in the world, established in 1649 in Fiskars Village, Finland. Their reliability in quality and practical design has brought this brand to Australia and this year as Finland celebrates it's centennial year of independence, Fiskars wanted to wish a happy birthday back to the Motherland. The 100 Mates of Finland project was initiated by the Embassy of Finland in Canberra with collecting well wishes from Down Under from various Finnish brands and Finns living overseas.
